Systems of Units are large and complex, with higher operating parameters. One unitusually have thousands or even tens of thousands of parameters to be monitored and controlled,thus it is especially important to make sure the realization of units operation dependably andeconomically. Based on Jinlian Aluminum Co., Ltd. of2×200MW control systems ofinstruments and control Inner Mongolia and for one year Commissioning experience, analyzedand summarized the commissioning process of new thermal power units and control systems ofinstruments and control, analyzed and researched the commissioning work on control systemsof instruments and control for New Thermal Power Units, and control systems of instrumentsand control mainly studied in this paper includes Furnace Safeguard Supervisory System,Turbine Supervisory Instrumentation, Emergency Trip System, Modulation Control Systemand Coordinated control system. And to analyze the problems encountered duringcommissioning, put forward optimal solutions and notes. In addition, analysis of theinadequacies of Modulation Control System and Coordinated control system, put forward thecorresponding treatment or improvements, and applied to actual production.After more than1years commissioning, Jinlian Aluminum Co., Ltd. of2×200MW havebeen handed over owners, now in production and the control function is good.
