In recent years, urban scale has expanded and the traffic pressure of city has grownrapidly. The viaducts which can improve the efficiency of transportation and evacuate thedensity of traffic are built rapidly in our country. At the same time, viaduct’s construction hasthe characteristics of large scale, bad construction conditions, high technical requirements,organization, and management difficulties, the construction contains a variety of risk factors.Once the improper management occurs, accident will happen easily. Various walks of socialbegan to increasingly attention bridge construction process’s safety and quality problems. Atthe same time, as the only mean of risk aversion what pattern does the engineering insurancecombine with the risk of viaduct engineering’s construction is also worth exploring.The analysis of bridge construction’s risk is the main line of this paper. Throughanalyzing the bridge accident that has be collected, this paper researched the rules andcharacters of bridge accidents and concluded the main risk events of bridges accidents duringthe construction. With the angle of risk which the engineering insurance pay attention, thispaper built the WBS-RBS matrix from four aspects including structural damage, machineryequipment loss, construction personnel injury and public liability, that could couple theconstruction stage and risk factors and forming the construction risk and construction phase ofthe mapping relationship. After that, the risk evaluation model of comprehensive constructionwas established by combining AHP and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, in order to calculatethe degree of risk and determine their risk grades. Then this paper gets the loss distribution ofall kinds of various risks situation and estimate the risk through stacking them. At last basedon the results of the risk analysis and risk estimating, in view of the risk of viaduct this paperdesigned an appropriate insurance mode, so as to meet the needs of contractor transferringrisk.
