| In terms of development of hydropower industry, China’s has a very rich advantage in the water resources, Hydropower Construction also promoted strategically important national key construction projects, Especially in recent years, the state has increased investment in the hydropower sector, Hydropower capacity and size of the project continues to expand, Hydroelectric generating capacity in the proportion of the whole power system also has been improved, the stable operation of the hydropower units is very important for the grid safety and economical operation. Therefore, the study of fault diagnosis of hydropower units equipment has a very important practical significance.Taking the vibration fault of hydropower unit as the research object, this paper focuses on the study of working principles and structure of the hydropower unit and analysis the structure of the logical relationship among the various components of unit equipment in detail, then establishes the "Hydropower Unit Vibration" fault tree. Simultaneously, analysis fault tree to solve the difficulties of obtaining failure rate accurately by means of introducing the fuzzy theory, in order to study unit vibration characteristics and rules and analysis the root causes of causing vibration, which help experts more accurately judgment of equipment failure by doing some works for the relevant qualitative and quantitative which can predict unit equipment parts form and extent damages.Based on the fault tree and each module of the system design which are introduced in detail,Putting the unit testing and health records stored in the system,the thesis finally proposes the design of the fault diagnosis expert system which provide technical reference for fault diagnosis.The expert systems designed can achieve fault pattern recognition and reliability prediction of failure which laid the foundation of the study of intelligent fault diagnosis of hydropower system,The results of this study can provide the reliable date reference of unit equipment components in the design and manufacture, maintenance, repair and others,in addition.the failure analysis theory and data has an important reference to hydropower state maintenance. |
