The concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge has been widely applied in engineering forits good performance on force, facilitative construction, handsome appearance and goodanti-seismic property. Furthermore, the construction method of it has been greatlyimproved and developed. The construction monitoring technology obtains widespreadvalued and enhancement. Combining to the present domestic and foreign state of theConcrete-filled steel tube arch bridge, this paper carries out a comprehensive analysisresearch on the construction and monitoring of the Linan Shuangta bridge. The contentsof the thesis are as follow:1、It studies the technology of the Linan Shuangta bridge as well as its scheme andcontent of construction technology, at the same time, it takes internal force, linear, andderrick tension as its control purpose in the process of construction and establishes theconstruction control system of the Shuangta bridge.2、The simulation of calculation and analysis of construction process of the Shuangtabridge. The author of the thesis uses the finite element software Midas/Civil to build thebridge model and simulates construction process of the bridge. The purpose is tounderstand stress and deformation of the bridge in the process of construction andprovide theoretical source for the construction monitoring and guidance in the processof construction.3、Construction control and optimization in the process of the suspender tensionconstruction. The author uses the theoretical calculation of the finite element software todetermine initial suspender’s tensile force, besides, using the influence matrix method tooptimize the suspender’s tensile force. At the same time, through the second tensile andoptimization to make all suspenders comply with the design requirements in the finalcondition of finished bridge.4、Spatial stress analysis arch springing. Using the large general finite elementsoftware ANSYS to analyze arch springing as a part, and grasping the stresscharacteristics of arch springing in the process of the bridge construction to providetheoretical source and guidance for construction monitoring.5、Monitoring and controlling the twin towers bridge beam, the stress of the arch riband linear, and then make comparison between the theoretical data and practical data toensure error within the scope of design. The result confirms the force of bridge meetsthe design requirements in the process of construction and monitor meets the desired goal.
