In recent years, with the increasingly austere international situation and the usualfunction of urgent needs, civil air defense engineering towards large span, large baydirection, in order to guarantee the civil air defense engineering under the wartimeprotection function, meet the maximization of economic benefits, so the civil air defenseproject can become the focus of economic project. To enhance the overall value of theproject, mainly lies in different design stages of choice, value control accounted for alarger proportion, and the value of control other processes in the proportion of thesmaller. The scheme design of civil air defence basement roof more choices are nobeam floor system, Liang Lougai system, cross well character Liang Lougai system,hollow floor system, and the existing structure of large span roof type air defenseprojects and not the relevant theoretical research.This paper uses a civil air defense projects Dongzhi County of Chizhou cityunderground chamber roof structure as the research object, according to the theory ofroof design of air defense basement, and the application of value engineering theory,proposed earlier without beam slab floor system, hollow floor, cross the Liang Lougaisystem three kinds of roof types at design stage. Through the relevant design softwarebased on its structure design, on the premise of various types of section size isreasonable, given the specific construction plans; through the finite element analysissoftware ANSYS to without beam slab floor system, cross Liang Lougai system, hollowbuilding cover three type of roof stress, deflection analysis of actual load under theanalysis of its feasibility; finally, the economic analysis of three kinds of scheme, thedesign scheme of the overall project value.This paper not only from the view of theoretical analysis to solve the design andselection of a civil defense project Dongzhi County of Chizhou city undergroundchamber roof structure, through specific design examples of different kinds of schemecomparison, the cost of software of several selection on roof are cost analysis, the civilair defense project readiness benefit, usually benefit into account, calculates thecomprehensive cost of the project, has some practical value, and provide a reference forthe selection of roof structure in the future air defense projects.
