The cycloidal gear is an important part of the cycloid hydraulic motor.The tooth profile of the cycloidal gear has a great influence on the total efficiency of the motor.In order to achieve the performance index of high-efficiency cycloid hydraulic motor, the method on modifying the tooth profile modification of the cycloidal gear has been often used in the process of machining.Therefore,the tooth profile of the cycloidal gear and the tooth profile's modified amount of the cycloidal gear are the important technical controlling index in the machining of the cycloid hydraulic motor.According to the optimized study on the tooth profile modified machining of the cycloidal gear of BMZ-D200 cycloid hydraulic motor, a optimized modification method on the tooth profile of the cycloidal gear in cycloid hydraulic motor is proposed based on the genetic algorithm.With the help of virtual prototype,the above method has been proved to be true.The main theses of this research are as follows:(1)The development of the related technology on the cycloid hydraulic motor between at home and abroad has been analyzed. Deeply,at the same time,the relationship between the efficiency of the motor,the mechanical properties and the outer tooth profile of the cycloidal gear have been understood.(2) For the cycloidal-pin wheel mechanism, the mathematical model of cycloid tooth and stator are established by understanding the structure and working principle of cycloid motor. It has been put forward that the theoretical flow and the pulsation rate of output torque to analyze the influence of the structural parameters on the performance of the motor.(3)A method has been raised to verify the suitability of the modification for BMZ-D200 motor.The optimized model has been established,which takes the total efficiency as the objective function. The best modification amout has been acquired optimizing the model according to the genetic algorithm.(4)Three-dimensional model based on the best modification amout has been established. Through static analysis,it proves that modified cycloidal gear is better for the static load status.(5)It proves that modified cycloidal gear is better for dynamic mechanical properties in the platform of ADAMS.At the same time,the maximum contact force of the cycloidal-pin wheel mechanism has been reduced by 11%.(6) The modified cycloidal gear has been manufactured. The corresponding graphical user interface(GUI) has been established for guidance of production workers, and the relationship between testing data and design parameters of cycloid tooth has been studied.
