The acquisition of air conditioning system operation parameters, including temperature, humidity, pressure, power, especially the flow and heat, and its accuracy is the basis to realize the on-line identification, transmission, diagnosis and control of the operation parameters performance evaluation of the air conditioning system. In general, the researchers mainly adopts the traditional measuring method of installing line equipment to collect operation parameters of resistance components and power equipment of air conditioning system. This method is often necessary to break original pipeline or equipment system, and it not only exist the problem of limited space, can not meet the needs of related parameters measurement, but also increase instrument equipment investment of the measuring system.Aiming at the existing problem of the traditional measurement method, combined with the urgency of energy consumption monitoring, performance diagnosis, optimal control and energy-saving modification of air conditioning system, this paper proposes a kind of measuring method which is accurate and reliable for the operation parameters of air conditioning system. Based on this method, this paper implemented the on-line identification and monitoring of key operation parameters of the fan coil and water pump air conditioning system.By the theoretical analysis and experimental research of the fan coil and water pump of the air conditioning system, this paper puts forward a method of on-line identification of operation parameters based on the characteristics of fan coil resistance components and water pump power components, meanwhile, this paper carry out the research on measurement method of water flow, heat transfer and air flow of resistance components and conveying flow, conveying energy of power components.Firstly, this paper constructed the hardware and software system of the operation parameters measurement and control experimental platform of air conditioning system, completed the connection between controller with sensor and the actuator, and completed the properties configuration of all kinds of sensors in CARE software.Secondly, by the experimental analysis of the impedance effect factors of the fan coil units, this paper proposes a measurement method of water flow based on the resistance characteristics of fan coil units and a measurement method of air volume of dry conditions of fan coil units based on the conservation of energy. This method has strong practicability, the water flow of fan coil units can be got when measured the differential pressure and supply water temperature or return water temperature of fan coil units, the air volume of fan coil units can be got when measured the differentia] pressure and supply water temperature and return water temperature and supply air temperature and return air temperature of fan coil units.Finally, according to the characteristic curve of water pump, this paper proposes a measurement method of water flow and heat based on the characteristics of power equipment of water pump. The water flow and heat transfer of water pump can be got when measured the differential pressure and water supply temperature and return water temperature of water pump.Compared the identification values based on the identification method of operation parameters of the air conditioning system with the standard values of operation parameters, meanwhile, by the analysis of validation, this paper get a conclusion that there is a small error value between the identification values and the standard values.
