In this paper,by analyzing the characteristics of the infrared sky,designed and produced the infrared sensor;And then set in the attitude information test of the infrared and polarization sensor in the air,based on the analysis of the basic structure of the UAV flying platform and control theory,design and implement a combination of infrared and polarization sensor flight control sysem.First,we study the hardware of the flight control system,which is divided into six parts,include power supply,processor,sensor,remote control receivers,radio and steering control;Among them,supply module unified power,through the use of voltage conversion for all devices; Processor includes signal processing for all sensors, remote control signal receiving and processing, radio information transmission and steering control signals; All sensor signal acquisition device includes GPS, polarization sensors, infrared sensors, etc, and the initial process temperature; Remote receiver achieve signal control aircraft flight manual;Radio section achieve monitoring aircraft throughout the flight;Servo control aircraft stable flying through signal.In this paper, STM32processor as the core part of the flight control software system, which includes a powerful I2C, SPI, and USART interfaces,software,completing data acquisition of the plurality of sensors,receiving GPS signal,receiving a remote control signal ground,senting dataing by the ground station radio reception and relating signals decoded,which using the timer interrupt to ensure stable data transmission.For the control algorithm,first,establish the ground coordinate system to the body coordinate direction cosine matrix, And thus deduce the direction cosine matrix equations,using differential equations to the data collected by the posture sensor solver. Update via infrared temperature sensor on the direction cosine matrix,reference gyro and accelerometer measurements,thus solving the attitude angle.Brief introduction PID control theory under the flight control,proposing for aircraft attitude,heading and altitude hold and control design methods.At the completion of system structures and attitude algorithm studying, select different weather and different field to test the performance of the infrared and polarization sensor. The results show that the flight control system could be achieved the basic attitude test in the air, and whether the horizontal attitude measurement of infrared sensors or heading sensor measure the polarization both meet the accuracy requirements. As a result, it could realize the basic attitude test in the air and lay a foundation for its practical application on the craft.
