The general planning of Zhuanghe city since2009since the implementation of the revision has been nearly5years, the author of "Zhuanghe city master plan (2009-2030)" evaluation of the implementation, in order to obtain an implementation effect of Zhuanghe city overall planning and feedback, to provide scientific support for the Zhuanghe city overall planning the next round of the preparation of amendments, developed in line with the actual, Zhuanghe city overall planning more perfect, so as to better guide city development.Through access to domestic and foreign city planning evaluation related literature, summarizes the present situation and the future development of the related theory and practice research trend and the need to improve. Implementation of the city public facilities planning as the starting point, from the planning target, planning policy evaluation, evaluation of the Zhuanghe city overall plan for the implementation of three aspects of civil subjective feelings. The city layout of public facilities as the focus of the evaluation, supervision and inspection of the relevant planning policy, at the same time analysis of public participation. Based on the results of the analysis, Zhuanghe city public facilities space there is a certain gap between the layout and planning target, planning and related policies to support role in the process of planning is not obvious, the public understanding of Zhuanghe city planning. The reason of this result is that prospective planning and the overall planning of Zhuanghe city is not enough, light weight distribution strategies and measures, planning and promoting policies are not perfect, planning to macro policy environment, lack of public participation.In view of the above problems, the author put forward some suggestions:the implementation of city planning, we should perfect the planning, planning for the establishment of security system, improve the planning committee system, the effective implementation of public participation is for better implementation of the plan and the "Zhuanghe city master plan (2009-2030)" the next round of revision suggestion.
