A Study On The Planning And Evaluation Of Low Impact Development Measures In The Fifth Area Of Zhuanghe Sponge City

Since the 21st century,China’s urban development speed is rapid.With the continuous expansion of the scale of urban planning land and the continuous gathering of functions,the complexity of contemporary urban internal structure is also increasing.With the rapid development of the city,the city’s impact resistance is also declining,that is to say,the city is becoming "fragile".Since April 2012,general secretary Xi Jinping has put forward the concept of "sponge city" for the first time.By April 2015,three national ministries and commissions have identified the first batch of 16 sponge city pilot cities in China.After just three years of Lasso,the planning and construction of sponge city has gradually improved.At this time,how to determine a reasonable sponge city plan is very important.It needs an evaluation system to determine the level of a project’s low impact development measures plan.First of all,the paper describes the development and application of low impact development measures system in detail,including the definition,design parameters and application effect of low impact development measures.Secondly,through the analysis of the current situation of the V area of Zhuanghe City,the benefit priority evaluation of single low impact development measures is carried out to pave the way for the design of low impact development scheme.According to the optimization results of low impact development measures,the low impact development scheme design of the area is carried out.Then,the evaluation principles of the comprehensive evaluation of low impact development plan are defined,and the overall framework of the evaluation system is determined.By means of literature review and expert selection,18 index level indexes are selected to build their judgment matrix.Through the analytic hierarchy process,the weight value and order of each index in the evaluation system are obtained.In the setting of index standard,the standard value of each index is determined by referring to the relevant literature research of national and local industry standards.Finally,through the construction of a comprehensive evaluation system of low impact development measures plan,this paper evaluates the low impact development measures plan of Zhuanghe V area.SWMM simulation software is used for simulation analysis.Finally,the evaluation score of the planning scheme is 8.1977,and the evaluation grade is good,indicating that the planning scheme has a high level.Through the analysis of the proportion of the evaluation of the elements in the middle layer,the advantages and disadvantages of the current planning scheme are summarized,and the design optimization strategy is proposed according to the characteristics of the existing design..
