Energy provides material basis for the evolution of human society and improvement of life quality. With the development of world economy, the energy shortage is going to be prominent day by day. In china, energy issues have even been core problems relating to the national strategic development. Correlative statistical data shows that building energy consumptions have been accounted for by30%, while air conditioner whose highest energy consumption has been over50%becomes a big energy-consumer. For this reason, how to cope with energy-saving problem is the priority in dealing with energy issues, whose significance can’t be overlooked. The disadvantages brought by present conventional air conditioning system appear in endless waste of energy as well as decline in air quality which affects living amenity. The appearance of independent temperature-humiditycontrol air conditioning systems which based on the technique of liquid desiccant alleviates the situation of energy consumption to some extent. In addition, only by virtue of that can the air quality and living amenity be guaranteed and boosted. The research firstly introduces the status quo of energy utilization, common processing methods of air conditioning system and working principles of the air conditioning systems with independent temperature and humidity control. Then the paper focuses on different dehumidification functions of air conditioners and specifically analyzes the working principles of liquid desiccant air conditioning systems and relevant factors involved in dehumidification effects. Later the selection principles of different air processing equipment are analyzed, and based on the data acquired from the practical engineering projects, the paper avails of outlet and inlet parameters to settle down the cooling and heating capacity of the Fresh Air Ventilator. Meanwhile, the research also carries out auxiliary calculation by applying the outlet and inlet parameters of the Fresh Air Ventilator. The results led by two calculations basically correspond with each other within the allowable error.
