With the continuous development of remanufacturing industry, how to guarantee the quality of re manufactured parts has become one of the problems that the industry focuses on. In order to improve the quality of re manufactured parts, this paper makes some research on remanufactured crankshaft, a typical remanufactured part, presents the architecture of the remanufacturing process quality control system of remanufactured crankshaft, and studies the key technologies related.First, this paper introduces the main flaw of the crankshaft remanufacturing, the key remanufacturing repair techniques, and the typical crankshaft remanufacturing process, defines the connotation of the crankshaft remanufacturing process and to study the crankshaft remanufacturing process characteristics. On this basis, the paper analyzes and summarizes the requirements and the challenges of remanufacturing process quality control.Next, according to the characteristics and quality control problems of the crankshaft remanufacturing process, we build the system frame of real-time information-driven remanufactured crankshaft machining process quality control, and describes the relevant key enabling technologies, such as:multi-source information perception and integration, inter-process quality transfer model of remanufactured crankshaft, quality analysis and key parameters optimization based on multivariate nonlinear fitting, and expert knowledge systems.Then, the paper has a deeper study on "quality analysis and key parameters optimization based on multivariate non-linear fitting", which is one of the key technologies of the system frame. We analyze the impacts of the crankshaft remanufacturing process control parameters on the crankshaft’s quality, and take the effect that the roundness of main journal and the bending of the crankshaft on remanufacturing crankshaft radial runout quality as a example. The non-linear reflection relationship model between qualified rate of radial runout and the uncertainty of remanufacturing crankshaft is proposed, based on the uncertainty measure model of the main journal roundness and the bending of the crankshaft, and the validity of the model is shown by an example of a crankshaft’s remanufacturing process.Finally, combined with the actual crankshaft remanufacturing process, the prototyping system of the crankshaft remanufacturing process quality control is initial developed, which provides methods and technical support for the quality control of remanufactured crankshaft.
