| Transmission is one of the key automotive transmission system assemblies, the dynamic characteristics of gear transmission system has attracted much attention in the design of a transmission, directly affects the performance of the transmission and vehicle. Study on the dynamic characteristic analysis of transmission gear transmission system can provide guidances on tranmission design, optimization analysis and reduction of vibration and noise,also can help the strength and reliability analysis of gear system. This paper based on the principle of design and selection of transmission, finite element and multibody system theory, by using the finite element and the multi-body dynamic analysis softwares, the three-dimensional solid assemblies of transmission gear transmission system have been built;the finite element models of the middle shaft and the constant mesh gear pair, aslo the virtual prototype models of gear transmissionare have been established. By analysed, revelent dynamic characteristics of the gear transmission system have been obtained. Last, the vibration mechanism of gear transmission system has been analyzed. The research results of this paper could be used to guide the optimization design of transmission.This paper introduced the present research status of dynamic characteristics of gear transmission system at home and abroad, expounded the basic theory of gear system dynamics system, the research method and evaluation index. According to the principle and method of design and selection of transmission, use the Pro/E software’s parametric design metoed to design the3D assembly models of MT transmission gear transmission parts. Then stress analysised of the single pair gear meshing pair, including the gear meshing and the back teeth normal collision impact (bilateral impact); with the first transmission gear transmission system as the research object, established the dynamics model of the two stage gear transmission and its vibration differential equation.By using the finite element method, analysised the dynamic characteristics of the transmission middle shaft and the constant mesh gear pair in ABAQUS software, the simulation obtained modals and critical speeds of the middle shaft, the inherent characteristics of the constant mesh gear wheel body and the mechanical constant mesh gear pair. In ADAMS soft, multi-rigid body and rigid-flexible coupling virtual prototype models of the gear transmission system were established respectively, through the simulation, obtained the dynamic meshing force and jumping quantity of the middle shaft. The results showed that:the rigid-flexible coupling model’s simulation results matched the theoretical calculation values perfectly, illustrated that the accuracy of the virtual prototype models, and the results of the simulation were effective. Finally, the vibration mechanism of gear pair was analyzed, pointed out that the dynamic gear meshed excitation is the main reason of transmission gear system vibration and noise. |
