Compared with the traditional light source,the fourth generation of thenew light source LED has some advantages such as a high luminous efficiency,a long life and much safer and more reliable,so in terms of energy saving,thisnew type of light source has become the first choice of light sources.Machingwith it is the drive controller,the development of LED promots the promptupdate of drive controller.So this paper is mainly aimed at solving a controldriver which can automatically identify the load and then control it in thecondtion of high power LED.At present,the future of the development of LED technology mainlyincludes three aspects:energy efficiency,luminous efficiency and the stabilityof the light source.This paper talks about an self-tuning strategy of the controlsystem that a high power LED can be used for different parameters and underdifferent situations has a stable current.At present,high power LED drive mode mostly adopts constant currentdrive,and in this way the stability of the LED luminous brightness can beguaranteed.But for light sources with different structure,the power should bereplaced due to the drive current problems.Because of this,it is necessary todesign an self-tuning illuminant matching of driving mode,at the same time,the drive mode can adopted constant current constant power automaticconversion according to the demand of environment.In the process of high-power LED application,the environment and its heatdissipation problems will affect their normal work.In order to make the drivecontroller can adapt to different environments,it is necessary to carry out thereal-time detection about the regional environment change and at the same timetest the temperature of the high power LED.Only by combining both,can theeffective control of the temperature and the luminous intensity of LED,etc canbe realized.At the same time,the drive controller will judge the fault system and solve it in time,not making the vicious cycle destroy the system overall.In view of the above contents,the self-tuning control system choosesFPGA as the core and uses a switching power supply to provide a stablevoltage,while using A/D to collect LED current voltage signals.By usingsensor LED temperature signals,the adaptive adjusting control system carrysout the real-time detection on environmental brightness.Finally combined withenvironmental factor and load,the system can properly control LED workingconditions....
