With the prosperity and progress of the real estate and the construction industry, construction machinery and concrete pumping technology and construction relatedequipment also will be greatly improved. Truck-mounted concrete pump applicationsbecome more widespread, the market space for development has further expanded. Therefore, the key components of concrete pump performance and qualityrequirements, especially the boom system have become increasingly demanding. Inrecent years, The boom of truck-mounted concrete pump has two trends: first, gettinga long boom, the main demand of the truck-mounted concrete pump market hasbecome increasingly develop in the direction of the long boom varieties. Followed bythe boom more light, in terms of design, the boldly use of new lightweightconstruction makes the design level continues to increase. However, in general, whilethe boom of truck-mounted concrete pump trends to the direction of lightweight andlong-span, the natural frequency of the boom reducing more likely to cause vibrationof the boom. High-strength steel and carbon fiber reinforced composites and othermaterials are very sensitive to stress concentrations and defects, under the stressing ofamplitude by vibration caused the design and process requir ements more stringent, slightly ill-treatment that will bring serious consequences. In view of the new truckboom structure, its accuracy and dynamic operating reliability is the reality of howthe problems we are facing, and how to ensure excellent static and dynamiccharacteristics of the boom while the boom trends to the large span, lightweightdevelopment, how to use the advanced dynamic optimization method designed toenhance the level of the boom, it is the direction of our long-term concern. This thesis mainly aims at the boom of ZOOMLION-CIFA dual-brand47mtruck-mouned concrete pump, studying dynamic reliability under the new structure inthe form of a large span of the boom, and the corresponding design recommendations;Furthermore, based on the dynamic optimization design theory, exploring the furtherlightweight design research under the premise of boom dynamic and staticperformance guarantee. The main research contents are as follows:(1) Establish the finite element analysis model, and check the strength, stiffnessand stability were based on the traditional method of equivalent static load, in order tounderstand the static characteristics of the boom and to prepare for the dynamic calculation of boom. Then according to the standard of concrete pump truck industrystress testing the provisions of the jib stress test was conducted to verify thesimulation results, the calculation and analysis of accuracy.(2) Create a flexible multi-body dynamics model to traverse possible variouspostures of Boom, to determine the dangerous working conditions based on sectionsof the boom arm of the different regions of stress, and dangerous conditions to assessthe reliability of the boom.(3) Modal analysis, to explore the dynamic characteristics of the boo m, and tofind the most likely in tune with the pumping frequency boom posture; then pumpedto a variety of conditions, a variety of Boom Boom ends attitude motion amplitudevalues and the danger zone to predict the dynamic stress, and accordingly evalua te thedynamic reliability boom structure.(4) The integrated use of topology, shape and size optimization design techniquesto reduce the weight of structural components in ensuring the performance and safetyof the premise, to explore the truck boom structure requirements under the weightlimit.
