Truck-mounted concrete pump is a high-efficient concrete pumping machine, which is constructed by chassis, pumping unit, rotative and foldable boom system etc. boom system is one of the most important part; its function is to deliver concrete to the construction position through the delivery pipeline attached to the boom. Its high working adaptability, convenient operation and organization, high reliability of the structure all help a lot in its material placing performance.23m truck-mounted concrete pump is a short-boom type machine, which is specialized in service for construction of high-speed railway and bridge. The requirement of the project is to develop the longest boom-23 meter, on a two-axle chassis. The development cycle is short, but the difficulty is high. In order to shorten the design cycle, and bring forward the market launch time, creative design with new technology is necessary. To finish the project on time, I mainly do the following work:Dynamic analysis for the boom system. Built the Parameterized models of the boom system in ADAMS, calculate by simulation the max. load on boom cylinders and the gesture of the boom under the max. load; take the coordinate of the cylinder connection point as variable value, optimize the dimension parameters of the structure, reduce the max. load on cylinders; after optimization of the system, calculate the force on the connection points under the max. load, and output the force as boundary condition for boom structure calculation.On the platform of Pro/E, adopt TOPDOWN to Built the Parameterized models and general dimension relative model for the boom system, then make alternation calculation by WORKBENCH and ANSYS. According to the calculation result, adjust the parameters to modify the boom model, to realize 3D design and structure analysis mutual updating and quick response. Built bend surface model of the boom to do statics analysis and flexure analysis; find the position with the maximum displacement, maximum stress and maximum flexure trend, analyze the reasons and then improve and optimize the structure. The grid document of the boom helps to analyze the structure under the most dangerous working condition, so to know the stability of the general structure.Do stress test on the structure parts of prototype. The test is to verify if the structure meets the requirements of design, to check if the intensity of the structure part is within allowance range of the material. Besides, the test can help to clarify doubts on some calculation results, which can not be confirmed by traditional mechanics calculation method; with the test, you can check the problem and amend the original calculation.
