Increasing the scope of the buildings in the workplace, there are electrical safetyhazards. Using the traditional management methods is difficult to achieve the presentcomplex job requirements. This paper uses low voltage power line communicationtechnology that automatically collect information about users of electricity office.Depending on the work required and flexible setup tasks, each user can individuallyaccurate and timely management of the electricity to meet the complex task of powermanagement control security systems.This paper introduces the development status and trends of electricity safetymanagement control systems and power line carrier communication from the twoaspects of domestic and foreign, and lists the main task of this research with theoverall design. Second part describes the hardware design of electrical safetymanagement control system, focusing on the introduction the carrier Modem ofC8051F020microprocessor and ST7538Q carrier chip, and51microcontroller-basedterminal controller chip. Then the process of writing the software of the majorcomponents of the system to do the necessary instructions, including Power LineCarrier Modem software written in the controller software development and testpreparation of PC communication software. Finally, to explore a suitable dynamicsource of low voltage power line network networking method, the system is designedto meet the primary selection relay address from the way data communicationsrequirements and resume to ensure remote data signal quality. According to thissource routing and dynamic networking method through OPNET simulation approach,building a network model and simulation results obtained. By analyzing the pluralityof sets of experimental data, the data transmission rate, respectively the number ofdevices relative to the specific system initialization time correspondence, to providethe corresponding experimental data for the actual network development and reference.After the debugging, the power line carrier communication centralized workplaceelectrical safety management system of the paper can realize the expected function,using OPNET simulation experiments also demonstrate the feasibilityand performance of network routing algorithm for dynamic source.
