Research On Planning And Design Of Eco-camellia Garden

With the acceleration of city modernization process and market economy development in an all-round way, Economic growth in rural areas inevitably faces its tough time, but the development of ecotourism breaks through the limits of rural economic development and makes it possible to further develop the rural areas.Based on the research of ecological parks both at home and abroad and Camellia analysis, ecological park was researched in this paper. In conjunction with the theories of landscape ecology, landscape aesthetics, landscape planning, modern agriculture, life cycle, plant communities, camellia culture and cultural tourism, current issues in the development of ecological parks such as unprofessional planning and design, landscape duplication, characteristics without unique features, superficial culture application, non-efficient operation, unclear positioning, singleness of product were analyzed through the use of numerous practices like induction and deduction, the combination of theory and practice and the method in a comprehensive way while emphasizing key points. This paper will study the characteristics of ecological park tourism and provide design principles, concept and content to the landscape of Camellia ecological park.In this paper, we take the Wanxiu Camellia Ecological Park located in Wuzhou, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as an example. Analyzing the architecture condition of this project, Synthesizing the theory of ecological economics and sustainable development, adhering to the planning philosophy in ecology, culture, innovation, the theme is determined to be ecotourism in featuring ecology as its core, camellia as its main feature and Golden Camellia as its focus. Regarding the product design, sicence education, tourism, participation, leisure and sports are the primary products of Camellia elological park. In addition, This thesis also focus on the analysis and research on the landscape design elements of architecture, water, roads, plants and the application of Camellia culture in planning design.We present the application of camellia culture in the planning and design of ecological park through this paper. Camellia culture will be intensively applied to design concept, architecture design, plant ornament, landscape crafts, landscape facilities etc and to address the primary issues faced in the development of culture application at ecological park. This study is a reference to enrich the theory of ecological park planning and guide relevant practices.
