Post Occupancy Evaluation And Investigation Of Landscape In Nanning Golden Camellia Park

Nanning Golden Camellia Park is a representative and typicality park, especially have a characteristic "one park onetype". This article used the POE evaluation system worked on the landscape in Nanning Golden Camellia Park. Focus on using status investigation and evaluation. Through the field investigation, questionnaire survey, adopt the method of interview, and analysis and evaluation of the park landscape, find out the problems existing in the using of golden camellia park landscape and proposed corresponding suggestions. In this paper, the general situation of the research conclusion is as follows:(1) Investigation on the on-the-spot investigation method, behavior observation and behavior traces and each function field of Nanning Golden Camellia Park. Results show that the geographical position of Nanning Golden Camellia Park is superior, the transportation is convenient, use landscape for more visitors to the park. Main entrance area, recreational area, culture and education area, water area, children’s activity area, the national fitness area can meet the demand of use, including viewing the heart, the user is in the majority of the national fitness area, the main users of children area is children’s activity. During the holidays, in addition to cultural and education area, other functional areas of utilization rate are higher than usual.(2) Through the interview method, questionnaire survey and other methods to investigate the park landscape usage, evaluation of landscape from the perspective of users. The results show that the users in old people is in the majority, and users in the campus activities for fitness, play and go for a walk. Users of Nanning Golden Camellia Park overall landscape evaluation is very high. Evaluation from high to low in turn is water landscape, cultural landscape, the botanical garden construction sketch, garden facilities, shop and terrain.(3) Through the inductive analysis, we find out the plant landscape, humanities landscape, water landscape, the botanical garden construction sketch and facilities, and the pavement landscape problems in Golden Camellia Park was use process. And aiming at these problems to make the corresponding reform suggestions, in order to service Nanning Golden Camellia Park and other Camellia gardens landscape to promote and provide a reference basis.
