| In 2019,the No.1 central document explicitly pointed out that we should give full play to rural culture,natural resources and good ecological environment,and create different industrial models such as eco-tourism,cultural catering,residential experience,health and leisure,health care and other industries.In 2020,"No.1 central document" pointed out that the construction of public infrastructure in rural areas should be intensified.Improve rural road construction.We should optimize and adjust the industrial structure of agriculture,strengthen the management of green and organic characteristic agricultural products,and establish a high-efficiency and high-quality brand of green agricultural products.In 2021,the "No.1 Document" of the CPC Central Committee put forward that relying on the characteristic rural superior resources,adhering to the Rural Revitalization as the strategic guiding ideology,giving priority to the development of agricultural and rural areas,adhering to the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,and striving to create a beautiful agricultural ecosystem.By exploring the evaluation method of Zhenkun agriculture,forestry and leisure agriculture ecological villa,this paper evaluates the leisure agriculture of Zhenkun agriculture,forestry and Camellia oleifera ecological villa,aiming at improving the development of leisure agriculture and rural tourism in Dingcheng District of Changde City,striving to be a pioneer and model,occupying a place in the national leisure agriculture ecological villa,and contributing to the healthy development of rural tourism,It has certain research significance.By using CCR model for DEA analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:①DEA has one effective land use efficiency,which is the land use of agriculture,forestry and Camellia oleifera ecological villa.The optimal decision-making unit of land use is mainly eco-tourism,with Camellia oleifera industrial forest as the background forest,flower industry and seedling industry as the auxiliary,and camping,barbecue,fishing and other activities interspersed among them.②It realizes the reasonable proportion of different types of land and the scientificity of functional zoning planning,which is the scheme with the highest land utilization rate.Obviously,the land use efficiency of Zhenkun agriculture,forestry and Camellia oleifera ecological villa is the most suitable,and it is moving towards the direction of sustainable development.The results showed that:①the order of SBE value from high to low was road accessibility Y6>plant configuration Y4>space enclosure Y5>building appearance Y3>community relationship Y2>forest quality Y1,in which road accessibility Y6 had the greatest impact on the landscape beauty of Zhenkun agriculture,forestry and Camellia oleifera ecological villa.Therefore,road construction has a great impact on Zhenkun agroforestry Camellia oleifera ecological villa.②To improve the landscape quality of the ecological villa,we can improve the road system of the ecological villa,through the reasonable allocation of plants,the reasonable control of the space enclosure relationship,strengthen the reasonable applicability of the building,the rich diversity of the community,and the high quality of the forest relationship.According to the results of DEA analysis and scenic beauty analysis,the landscape quality can be improved from the following seven aspects:first,optimize the Camellia oleifera Industry and enhance the added value of Camellia oleifera;Second,plan and design Zhenkun farm and forestry Camellia oleifera villa with the integration of Camellia oleifera culture,industry and tourism;Third,improve the road system of ecological villa;Fourth,pay attention to the characteristics and diversity of plant landscape;Fifthly,we should pay attention to the enclosed space design with different feelings;Sixth,we should respect the dependence on the surrounding sites and protect the original architectural features and structural features;Seventh,improve the plant level and richness of the ecological villa. |
