Faced with the limitations of the field of fire rescue tools proposed the research of pre-mixed abrasive water jet rescue and foam fire extinguishing devices, using the pre-mixed abrasive water jet technology to rescue the current security door is a new technology, pre-mixed abrasive water jet rescue has high energy, short time, rescue process no spark, no heat, pollution, etc., its application in the field of fire has obvious technical superiority and efficiency, high economic efficiency. When pre-mixed abrasive water jet vertical play in the security door and brick walls or other obstacles, the surface quickly breakdown and rescue to form openings or hole in the wall. After the rescue quickly switch to a foam state, implementation of interior foam fire extinguishing has good effect.The parameters of using the pre-mixed abrasive water jet to rescue and foam fire extinguishing is not yet known, there is no real frame of reference, therefore, in this paper, study on the influence of abrasive water jet pressure, target distance, speed and other factors to rescue, and foam and water ratio, pressure, nozzle and other factors on the foaming work when the jet foaming. And initially identified the best operating parameters of pre-mixed abrasive water jet technology used in fire rescue and foam fire extinguishing. The main work done as follows:Through theoretical analysis, understanding the water jet and the movement characteristics of abrasive jet and rescue mechanism. By theory analysis the striking force of the water jet, preliminary judge the feasibility of the technology in the area of the fire rescue, and preliminary the selection of security doors to rescue experiments, using different operating parameters of the security door to rescue, to find the best parameter values of rescue work.Based on the FLUENT software to analysis and design foaming nozzle, selecting foaming nozzle internal added to plus spin components such that the flow field diffusion obviously, to beneficial foam concentrate foaming, the final design of the highly turbulent viscosity and the desired speed of the foam nozzle, laid the foundation for the later foam fire test.Experimental study of the device analyzes the current experiment to find the optimal parameter values foam, including foam liquid ratio, pressure, and other parameters foaming nozzle diameter, making the effect of foam is obvious and big volume. Finally, making verification experiment to test the performance of foam extinguishing,the fire effect is obviously, the source of fire extinguished has a short time, it has some reference value to the field of fire rescue and fire extinguishing.This paper studies the test parameters of technology of premixed abrasive jet in terms of the fire rescue and fire extinguishing. Experiments demonstrate the superiority, efficiency, economy of the technology used in fire rescue and fire extinguishing aspects through experiments. Initially to determine the optimum operating parameters rescue and foam, providing a basis for the field of fire rescue and fire extinguishing aspects.
