Because of its excellent performance Alloyed steel has been widely used.Inproduciton the furnace pressure of soaking zone of alloying furnace can affect thetemperature of the furnace, and can affec the quality of the product indirectly.Therefore,the performance of the control of the furnace pressure will help ensure the furnacetemperature, and has important significance to improve the quality of products.After analyzing and combining the actual situation,som econnecitons are foundbetween furnace pressure, furnace temperature and strip steel specifications. Then amathematical model is built between furnace pressure, four temperature and strip steelspecifications through multiple linear regression method. With this mathematical model,a best furnace pressure values can be achieved.Then after consideringonlinearity,time-varying, uncertainty of the control system,and analyzing the situation ofthe control system,summarizing shortages about traditional PID control,a fuzzy PIDcontrol is developed to enhance PID control.Based on the requirements of the controlsystem, the framework of fuzzy PID control is designed, fuzzy rules are built, Controlalgorithm is implemented,and the simulation is did to validate the superiority of fuzzyPID control. Finally, the entire control method is applied to the control system, and thePLC program and WinCC PC monitor screen are completed.The practical results show that: the control system achieves good results, has astrong guarantee for the alloying furnace temperature, and improves the quality of theproduct.
