This research subject is derived from an engineering project about missile measuringsystem in a certain institute, and the designed data measuring device is mainly used to collectand store various parameters in the process of certain type of aircraft dynamic test, of whichsome are environment parameters such as projectile impact and vibration, the tail coverdisplacement, wall temperature, the aerodynamic noise, and others are motion parameterssuch as triaxial overload and angular rate, vehicle speed and acceleration. Meanwhile this datameasuring device is able to detect and control isolation signals such as command signal,thermal battery voltage and insulation resistance.This paper introduces three key aspects of data measuring device in detail which arehardware design, control logic design and key signal conditioning circuits. Hardware designmainly divides into the power supply circuit module, main control circuit module and FLASHcircuit module. Power supply module is used to supply power with the entire data measuringdevice during the aircraft dynamic test, which is the energy source of the measurement device.And the core control module plays an important role in data collecting and storing. FPGAconfiguration circuit,command signal interface circuit and analog-to-digital conversion circuitconsists main hardware circuit. And the hardware part of memory module adopts the doublebackup design, so to guarantee the reliable test data recovery.During the control logic design,timing sequence and work flow is made on the overall design, and according to differences ofconcrete realization functions, command signal shake, two levels analog switch control andAD conversion, FIFO buffer data module, memory module of storing and reading has carriedon the detailed introduction. In this paper it is the key part to design the signal conditioningcircuit. For types, amplitude as well as introduced interference of various types of sensoroutput signals, the temperature signals, pressing of arteries and veins signals are chosen as key signals. And the corresponding preset circuit is designed to meet data conversionrequirement of AD chip, which includes sensor signals conversion circuit, signal amplifiercircuit and filter circuit. Finally the relevant functions of data measuring device are tested andvalidated, and the test results show that this design of data measuring device is of greatreliability and accuracy.In this paper, the designed data measuring device has been successfully applied indynamic test of aircraft, and the relevant data of environmental parameters and motionparameters is acquired and stored reliably by it.
