Fuse safety mechanism is the core part of the fuse safety system of fuse safety, whichrecognition to different environmental information and according to the information controltrigger or stability of the fuse.By the recoil force of the collision of the fuse is far greater thanthe accidental external factors caused the fall or collision force, so the reliability of theinsurance system to prevent accidental remove insurance and the timeliness of the fuse unitwhen need to remove insurance has a crucial role of the system. The research of vibrationcharacteristics of fuse structure, especially its insurance structure,is particularlyimportant.ADAMS can take down the product in different environmental vibration simulation,so as to realize the design requirements of the product each function. The article expounds the fuse working principle of double-degree insurance institutionsand on the basis of this the physical model and mathematical model is established.Based onthe relevant knowledge of control theory and vibration theory, the dynamics equation and themotion differential equation are obtained and its vibration characteristics are given.Using3-Dmodeling software Solidworks model each component for the entity modeling andassembling them.In ADAMS, add constraints to the model and set parameters for simulationthen study the feasibility of its application in different load conditions.Vibration in the modulein the ADAMS simulation and analysis was carried out on the displacement response of themodel.By designing different simulation parameters combination for different parameterizedanalysis model, we can not only analyzes the role of each component to the overall model butalso made a series of simulation to foundation for subsequent research.
