Pneumatic discharge technology is the use of air power,to drive granular material flowing. The conveying process is conducted in the airtight pipeline, energy conservation,environmental protection, wide application,across multiple industries. In recent years,with the task of bulk cargo discharge increases,the use and develop of pneumatic discharge system shows broad market prospect. And multi-degree of freedom hydraulic arm frame is key components of designing and manufacturing about pneumatic discharging system, the stand or fall of boom performance directly affect the work efficiency and quality of discharging.This text is based on the performance requirement and actual working condition about multi-degree of freedom hydraulic arm frame of pneumatic discharging system to design the structure by using the three-dimensional software SolidWorks, replaced the traditional truss type arm frame. And do the statics analysis about multi-degree of freedom hydraulic arm frame to prepare for the design of hydraulic system.And in view of the lack of stability, the low sensitivity of control, the fever of system and the serious energy loss about multi-degree of freedom hydraulic arm frame hydraulic system, from the typical circuit, designed the more reasonable hydraulic system, completed system schematic drawing, and has selected the type of hydraulic components.Simplified the multi-degree of freedom hydraulic arm frame model, then imported into the simulation software ADAMS, given each drive step function to realize the kinematics simulation analysis after a series of pretreatment. Obtained the mass center displacement and speed curve, the stroke curve of cylinder, then analyze and discuss the structural design is reasonable or not combined with the actual situation.By the interface technology with ANSYS Workbench software and SolidWorks software, dispose the three-dimensional model with finite element, and do the modal calculation about multi-degree of freedom hydraulic arm frame system structure of pneumatic discharging system in the working condition that all arm frame are horizontal, given the modal type Fig and vibration Tab of the first six order natural frequency about arm frame system, analyze whether the resonance phenomenon is happen or not, combined with the pumping frequency of the hydraulic system.
