| With the continuous improvement of people’s living quality, noise pollution has attractedextensive attention of the whole society. A domestic power plant high load conditions theplant boundary noise at night to reach59dB (A), more than the provisions of the state, thesurvey found strong noise from boiler fan room of#4units. Therefore, high-load conditionsfor the plant boundary of the problem of excessive noise, as well as domestic andinternational mechanisms for noise and control of the urgency, it must be the measurement,analysis and control research, to take measures for noise reduction processing.In this paper, the circulating fluidized bed boiler fan noise inside the room as the researchobject, first of all, the fan air dynamic noise, mechanical noise, fan motor, pipeline turbulencenoise and throttle valve noise generating mechanism are analyzed. Through the factory sector,the boiler fan room and main source site noise measurement, and application of energyanalysis and spectral characteristics analysis, research CFB boiler room fan sound sourcefrequency, sound mechanism and sound field distribution. By measuring the sound pressurelevel within a certain range of outside the wind boiler room, according to the method ofStueber, to calculate the sound power level of the entire boiler fan room, for subsequentbuild boiler fan room sound field model to provide data support.Secondly, study of CFB boiler fan room noise sound field distribution and propagationprocess attenuation factor, get a comprehensive amount of attenuation for each octave, thesound source parameters and propagation parameters, based on the principle of acousticsuperposition and fluid wave equation, the establishment of a boiler fan room sound fieldmodel and the simulation results of sound field model were compared with the measured datavalidation, the results show that the mean relative error of8.25%, error within the permissible range, meet the requirements of engineering applications, this model can be used to controlnoise of CFB wind boiler room.Application of CFB boiler fan room sound field model to study noise control scheme ofsound absorption, muffler and insulation, simultaneous multi-objective optimization, dynamicanalysis, and technical and economic analysis, and combined with the noise sourcemechanism analysis, in primary and secondary blower inlet pipe installation impedancecomposite muffler, fluidization blower inlet pipe diameter in bold and installation pieceresistance muffler, at the same time in the boiler fan installed inside the surface absorptionmaterial, air suspension thin plastic cassette absorber of sound absorption bandwidth solutionsto control noise.CFB boiler fan room after take the noise control scheme, whether application of noise atboundary of spread NR-80curve analysis to achieve control target. Finally, according to thebasic principles of the CFB boiler fan room noise control program effectiveness forecast,using MATLAB software to prepare the corresponding noise control forecast, substituting theactual parameters to obtain high load conditions wind room noise reached82.68dB(A), plantboundary measuring point SPL53.95dB(A).The prediction results show, to take this noisecontrol programs for the CFB boiler fan room to meet noise control targets.Results of this study can be numerous, wide distribution of surface and po llutioninfluence of industrial noise control provides new train of thought and countermeasures, nowhas built the plant noise optimization control has strong theoretical guidance and technicalreference significance. |
