| High voltage power supply is mainly used to accelerate the cathode filament overflow of free electrons. The performance of high voltage power supply influence on electron beam welding machine performance. Generally high voltage power supply system which used PWM modulation mode have lower switching frequency, lower efficiency, larger volume and lower output power density. So the quality of power output is difficult to meet the actual industrial needs.This subject developed a-60kV/2kW high voltage power supply prototype machine based on soft-switching technology, which is based on the resonant converter technology. The power supply system has high switch frequency, high output power quality and high power output density.This paper analyzed the whole bridge LCC resonant converter work mode, combined with the simulation software MATLAB and Saber, used fundamental analysis gives a voltage and current of LCC resonant converter transfer characteristic curve, finally gave the selection methods of important parameters in the LCC resonant cavity.The power system fully used digital control system. Used DSP as the main controller and CPLD as the system fault signal processor. At the same time, the system adopted closed-loop PI control of PFM modulation method, by changing the system to complete the system voltage switch frequency modulation.The simulation experiment is very good to prove the validity of the theory in the subject and The prototype experiments well realize the electron beam welding machine index of high voltage power supply system. |
