With the increasing of space exploration activities all over the world, the spacecraft needs larger size and longer life requirements, which require us to carry out large-scale assembly, maintenance and maintenance of spacecraft in space, so the space welding has been more and more focused,and the electron beam welding is very suitable for the space environment, and it has long been proved to be feasible, as the core of the electron beam welder, electron beam welding power supply equipment design and manufacturing has also been focused by a lot of scholars and engineering staffs. This paper firstly summarized the background of space welding, summarizes the development of space electron beam welding at home and abroad, and introduced the current research progress of space electron beam machine equipment,and focuses on the development of electronic beam welder The development of the status quo were summarized, and in accordance with the space electron beam welder power supply technical requirements, the design of a power principle prototype.In this paper,the research on the power supply of space low voltage electron beam welding machine includes the following aspects:1. The overall design of the space electron beam welder power system: the overall design of the power supply system of the electron beam welder, the hardware scheme and the design of the software scheme.2. Space electron beam welder power system main circuit design: mainly to write electron beam welder welding machine hardware system design, the main circuit topology using LLC resonant transformation of the way, respectively, high-voltage power supply,filament power, and focus power The design.3.
