In recent years, the electric energy efficiency monitoring system business developed rapidly along with the rise of the smart grid. The traditional business of electric energy efficiency monitoring, its method is manual collection of data and upload the report, the data can not be timely and effective collection and statistical analysis, enterprises and electric power enterprises are the lack of effective monitoring of the electric energy consumption, electric power enterprises can not predict accurately the electric energy consumption of enterprises and guide the using of energy, the data obtained can not meet the basic requirements of smart grid data. Therefore, the design and development of the electric energy efficiency monitoring system, it can timely obtain the situation of electric enterprise of electric energy consumption, for scientific analysis of the energy efficiency, the realization enterprise electric energy efficiency standards for comparison and evaluation function, It is necessary to establish the system.The primary works in this thesis are presented as follows:(1) Completed the research work in many fields, including the field of on-line monitoring, energy management, smart power field. According to the characteristics of electric energy efficiency monitoring operations, identifying the key technologies used by the system, system architecture, design principles.(2) According to the electric energy efficiency monitoring system of business requirements and performance requirements, research on the energy efficiency monitoring technology and management technology, including the Internet of things technology, data mining technology, SoTower DE technology.(3) Through the analysis of the system of business requirements, performance requirements and the key business process, the overall system architecture, workflow, function module and the deployment environment architecture is designed. The overall architecture is designed with reference to three layers architecture of the Internet of things, combined with the software architecture design principles; these principles include flexibility, efficiency and scalability. The deployment environment is designed to take full account of the system performance requirements, security and deployment flexibility. The work process and function module is designed to take full account of the future business development.(4) The correlation analysis and cluster analysis methods of data mining technology are used in the detailed design of business module. Make full use of the advantage of SoTower technology components, the energy consumption monitoring and analysis module of the electric energy efficiency monitoring system is designed flexibly.In this thesis, the design and realization of electric energy efficiency monitoring system has been put into use in many enterprises of a number of provinces. The design of the system is used the standardized design ideas and professional technology, It has ensured the massive electricity data acquisition of timeliness, authenticity, validity, and has realized the enterprise energy consumption tracking, analysis, management, prediction and guiding functions, it meets the actual needs of users. Since the system was put into operation, it is stable and reliable, and fully achieved the expected goals.
