Research On Supervision And Management Of Construction Project Quality

In recent years, the construction industry of China has developed steadily andhealthlily. The quality of construction projects, however, has absorbed more andmore attention in the same time. So,the supervision and management of qualitygradually have to be given more prominence.In the new century, how to promote thedevelopment of the construction industry, improve construction quality supervisionsystem to ensure quality and safety issues become a priority.This article focused on the construction project quality supervision and madesome research about the management issues.Firstly, we review the development process of domestic and internationalengineering quality supervision system,and summarizes the basic framework of ourcurrent construction project quality supervision and management system, and do ain-depth analysis, then understand our current model and system.Secondly, after making fully analysis of the advanced quality managementsystem project, we have known the advantages of this system. And then we can finddifferences between China and developed countries, therefore,we can discard theirdross and select their essence.And then We can optimize our project qualitysupervision and management system,according to Chinese condition.Furthermore, we combine construction project quality supervision instances tomake further study and discussion, so we can analyze the existing problems ofdomestic project supervision and management system.Finally, propose a new idea of our construction project quality supervision andmanagement system of the future development and improvement judging on thegovernment supervision and social supervision and evaluation methods. According tothe experiences of other developed countries,propose some practical and soundsolutions about the quality supervision and management system.
