Research On The Government’s Application Of Differential Supervision And Management Of Construction Project Quality

For a long time,with the rapid development of the domestic construction industry,quality problems in construction projects have also continued to emerge,threatening the lives and property safety of the people.Project quality involves social stability and people’s livelihood.This requires the government to further innovate and improve the scientific engineering quality supervision and management system in the process of streamlining administration and delegating powers and returning to the people to strengthen the government’s macro management and control of the quality of construction projects.Improve the level of supervision and efficiency to ensure the quality of the project.This paper reviews the existing research results on the government’s project quality supervision at home and abroad,draws on and improves the PDCA cycle management system,and through the interpretation of the relevant policies issued by the national and provincial governments,the development of relevant special actions,and the understanding of the politics of the decision-making level Intentions,combined with the provincial conditions and the current status of project quality management in Xuzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone,and conducted surveys in the local area through the design of questionnaires,conducted data analysis,and found current problems in the quality supervision of construction projects at the government level,proposed countermeasures,and established government The relevant theoretical concepts of the differentiated supervision and management of construction project quality provide theoretical support for the government’s differentiated management of construction project quality.Based on the establishment of a theoretical basis for the government to conduct differentiated management of construction project quality,the research results will be practiced on a small scale,pilot investigations will be carried out,and a differentiated supervision method of project quality will be carried out.In the process of dynamic supervision,attention will be paid to the improvement of relevant supervision levels,Give full play to the initiative of the supervisory subject,the flexibility of spot checks,the coordination of departmental work,the automaticity of information analysis,and the sufficiency of object transfer.Specific examples include: Xuzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone Administrative Approval Building Reinforcement and Renovation Project(Unfinished Building Reconstruction),Xuzhou MedicalUniversity Clinical Medical Experiment Center Project(Medical Experiment Complex Building),Fengrui Garden Resettlement Project(large resettlement community).Through the differentiated supervision of the project quality of different types of construction projects,we can explore and discover problems more extensively in practice,and further optimize and improve related theories,making the research theories more universal.After achieving certain results in practice,large-scale promotion and application will be carried out to improve the overall quality of construction projects in Xuzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone.The differentiated supervision method enables the efficient use of supervision resources,reduces the difficulty of the government supervisory personnel’s drag-net-type coverage inspection of the construction projects in the territories,and improves the supervision efficiency.Therefore,this article has certain guiding significance for quality supervision and management at the government level.
