In recent years, the development speed of highway construction of Zhejiang province very quickly. According to the statistics in our country has built in high grade highway, About90%is used in the asphalt concrete pavement. However, with the development of high grade highway have been put into use, ordinary asphalt pavement service life is short,not up to the design life requirements and the use of state is not ideal。 In rainy area, many Zhejiang Expressway was opened to traffic soon after the short several months, long not more than two years, it appeared the water damage. In the load and under the action of water damage, resulting in a large number of pavement early disease, Such as:cracks, settlement and so on, impact on road performance seriously, greatly reduce the quality of service, led to the latter work very difficult.In combination with the application of mineral in asphalt pavement and the requirements of the material home and abroad, After investigation, we performed a series of experiments and studies, including gradation design, The three index test, by comparing the different gradation asphalt mixture performance, selected the best gradation, then begun experiment with different content at the optimum asphalt content, draws the mixture water stability, high temperature stability, low temperature anti cracking performance index, to judge the effect of the Organic mineral asphalt mixture add "IBIND". And through the construction conditions of text section to verification the corresponding relationship of the organic mineral asphalt mixture add "IBIND", research the adding method and the key points of quality control, the concrete contents include:production process, mixing, storage and transportation,paving and compaction, construction machinery and coordinated research etc, complete the final research report, and the social and economic benefits evaluation, analysis the feasibility of the extension.Through the experimental study, Test road paving, Economic analysis:the researches such as ratio of mixture, performance evaluation indexes, construction techniques, key technologies and construction quality control standards for the IBIND modified asphalt and its mixture provide the reasonable reference for the further applications of IBIND modified asphalt and its mixture.
