With the increasing environmental requirements, asphalt recycling has a broad market space.According to the current situation of China’s road, every year we had at least two hundred thousandold asphalt production. All those abandoned old asphalt mixture, about5%are asphalt,95%is a variety of graded aggregate, which is a substantial amount of wealth. Pavement cold recycling technology can effectively utilize waste. Emulsified asphalt cold recycling technology can improve the old asphalt pavement material recycling rate and using value. It can solve the asphalt pavement rutting、 cracks and other early reflection diseases, improve the regeneration of pavement performance and prolong life.Therefore, the application of asphalt cold recycling technology has become a trend.The thesis is which research of renewable mix material structure and performance, through researching of recycling pavement structure and material for Da Xing Dong Zhao Expressway, research content is as follows:(1) The objective assessment of disease status of the old road、 road performance and structural strength is the premise to develop a reasonable pavement maintenance program, therefore with the pavement condition and breakage situation to propose maintenance programs, and determine the thickness of surface、following layer and the structure of pavement.(2) For recycling mix design study summarized pavement recycling ratio mix design methods, and then study the basic mix recycling performance to determine key indicators like optimum moisture、optimum emulsified asphalt content.(3) After the cold recycling mixing ratio determined combining Dong Zhao road sections and in connection with mixture ratio design and pavement structure combinations designed to blend construction technology and quality control system research, we summarized a mixed material construction technology equipment inspection requirements and quality assessment criteria.(4) After the determining of cold regeneration mixing ration, combining Dong zhao repair road, against the result of mixture ration design and pavement structure combinations design, summarizing the test road paving. Having test and analysis to recycled raw materials、mixes、site construction quality.
