Highway in China has entered the period of large-scale maintenance,and the recycling of waste pavement materials has become the focus of research at home and abroad.In China,the emulsified asphalt cold regeneration technology that has good applicability of has become the first choice of highway maintenance and renovation.With the help of the convenience of Jiangxi province S214(flow),this thesis focus on the study of the emulsified asphalt cold regeneration technology,the design method of exploring the emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture applying to the layer under the road of the mixture ratio,the analysis of better crack resistance ? rutting resistance ?water stability ? and economic environmental benefits when applying the mixed emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture to the layer under the road.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:First,it has put up with the scheme 20 cm recycled water with stable base layer +18cm water with stable base layer +8cm asphalt under layer +4cm asphalt above layer by investigating the shortcoming of original asphalt pavement in the mean flow section of S214.Secondly,it has extracted the RAP(Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement),the composition of the grading of analyzing RAP.It has also tested the properties of the separated asphalt and,finding out that the asphalt was out of date seriously.It has analyzed the forming mechanism of emulsified asphalt strength,the forming principle of cement-emulsified asphalt mixture strength and the forming principle of early strength cement-emulsified asphalt strength.Thirdly,it has designed the new and old aggregate ratio as 20:80 by selecting and testing the new and old aggregate gradation curve.The best moisture content of emulsified asphalt mixture is 6.5% through compaction test.By splitting,the optimum content of PO was42.5R and emulsifying asphalt was determined to be 5%.Then,it has analyzed the road performance of that mixed with 0%PO42.5 ?1%PO42.5?2%PO42.5R?2%PO42.5R and 2%PO52.5R emulsified asphalt mixture,adding2%PO42.5R emulsified asphalt recycled mixture,which was not only beyond the standard requirements,but also had good crack resistance,track resistance and water stability.At last,it has analyzed the crack resistance,rutting resistance and water stability of the in-situ sample preparation and core sample coring by trial paving.At the same time,it has conducted the analysis of the economic and environmental benefits and it has drawn an conclusion that it has reduced about 40,000 tons of gravels,347.67 tons of standard coal consumption,1103.16 tons of carbon and its oxides,2572.758 tons of nitrogen oxides and 2955.758 tons of sulfur oxides after using emulsified bitumen cold regeneration technology,which saved around 4.28 million yuan on the project in total,so it hassignificant social and economic benefits.
