The development of traffic cause in advantage of economic prosperity in our country. The total mileage of highway has become to 400 million km, of which 74,000 km expressway, ranking second in the world by the end of 2010. Currently highway roads constructions have been confronted with large,medium repairment stage. Asphalt recycling technology is the key to treat asphalt pavement waste material.It has the remarkable social and economic benefits.First,based on the experience and research results about asphalt recycling technology at home and abroad, this paper researched the performance of old asphalt pavement,adopted different survey research methods, got representative old material to evaluate the aging degree and asphalt aggregates status through different RAP sampling method. Proposed group status indicators, erified correlation between the index and the index of Marshall test,introduces Reaction mechanism of emulsified asphalt, Supported the cement in role of emulsifying asphalt cement in the role of cold recycling mixture of emulsified asphalt.Secondly, this paper introduces the methods of mix design,and decided to adopt the Marshall and Superpave volume design methods, determined the optimum moisture and best emulsified bitumen dosage in cold reclaimed mix.Adpotde Marshall compaction test and gyratory compaction to molding methods,measured high temperature stability, the low temperature anticrack, water damage of two specimens,and compared to each one,expatiates systematically the road performance about cold recycling mixture of emulsified asphalt.Finally, summarized the construction technology and cost cycle analysis about cold recycling of emulsified asphalt of plant mixing.The conclusion of this paper shows that cold recycling of emulsified asphalt technology is very applicable and economic means,according to the need of highway repairment and reconstruction. So this technology has wide application prospects.
