Recently, with the rapid development of high-speed railway, a rapid passenger transportation network connecting the various areas in China has been gradually formed. Under the background of high-speed railway network formed gradually, the operation level and efficiency of high-speed railway stations have important influence on the capacity and operation order of high-speed railway network; In addition, the passenger flow volume is increasing and network structure tend to complexity with network based operation of high-speed railway, it’s necessary to ensure-passenger transportation on the network with the cooperation of transfer mode and direct mode, as a convenient transfer mode, across-platform transfer can guarantee service quality of transfer passenger flow. Therefore, it has vital significance to research the high-speed railway station operation plan optimization based on across-platform transfer.The thesis focused on the key issue of high-speed railway station operation plan optimization based on across-platform transfer, main contents are as follow:First, the analysis of transfer organization in high speed railway station. The importance of introducing transfer concept and the principles of transfer organization were proposed, different transfer modes were compared and analyzed from the views of transfer characteristics, transfer process and transfer time, the advantages and complexity to implement of across-platform transfer were presented, the feasibility of across-platform transfer was discussed from the aspects of transportation planning, information releasing, ticket reservation system supporting and transfer passenger flow organization.Second, the theory of high-speed railway station technical operation and operation plan. The characteristics of high-speed railway station technical operation and the technical processes of different operation types of trains was analyzed, the time standard of station technical operation was determined from the aspects of throat areas and arrival-departure tracks based on the contents and processes of technical operation, afterwards, the essential conditions and guidelines of station operation plan were expounded.Third, the establishment of model and design of algorithm. On the basis of the analysis of the former two parts, the high-speed railway station operation plan optimization model was established based on the principle of coordination optimization between route choices in throat areas and arrival-departure tracks allocation, minimizing the unbalanced degree of arrival-departure tracks allocation and maximizing the potential passenger flow that can be served, then five constraint conditions of the model was proposed based on the principles and modes of station technical operation, genetic algorithm was used to solve the multi-objective nonlinear0-1integer programming model.Fourth, instance analysis of Wuhan railway station high-speed yard. Station layout, train diagram, train-set scheduling, time standard of station technical operation and potential passenger flow volume were prepared as input data, Matlab is used to solve the operation plan optimization scheme of Wuhan railway station high-speed yard, the optimization scheme and original plan were compared from the aspects of unbalanced degree and potential passenger flow volume, the comparison results show the feasibility and effectiveness of the model and algorithm.
