By 2020,the urbanization rate of China's permanent residents will exceed 60%.In recent years,China has introduced a number of policies to promote the construction of urban agglomerations.Urban agglomerations are an important organizational form for deepening the potential of urban development and expanding the space for urban development, which has effectively promoted the process of urbanization. With the accelerated pace of people's life and the improvement of high-speed rail operation technology, commuting time for national-level urban agglomerations will be required to be controlled within 0.5-2 hours.Taking the intercity high-speed railway as the main transportation network of the urban agglomeration and compiling a reasonable train operation plan can provide guarantee for the sustainable development of the urban agglomeration and the convenient travel of the residents in the urban agglomeration.Based on the accessibility of the train service network,it is more realistic to consider the travel time of commuters and the difficulty of participating in social activities and obtaining social values. It is more suitable to describe the travel impedance of urban residents on the intercity high-speed rail.Based on the accessibility, the train operation plan can realize a more comprehensive travel demand service and reflect the service quality of intercity high-speed railway transportation. Therefore, this paper proposes the optimization theory and method of intercity high-speed railway network train operation scheme that combines regional accessibility and train travel cost. The main research content includes the following parts:(1)Site accessibility and regional accessibility in inter-city high-speed rail networking are quantified.First, the existing traffic domain accessibility concepts and definitions are summarized and analyzed.Secondly, the accessibility description methods of the existing transportation networks are compared, and the calculation formulas for the site accessibility and regional accessibility of the intercity high-speed rail website are listed. Finally, taking the Beijing-Shijiazhuang high-speed railway line as an example, the influence of different train driving schemes on the accessibility of the stations of Zhangzhou East Station and Beijing West Railway Station is measured and analyzed.(2)A nonlinear integer programming model for the optimization of intercity high-speed rail trains based on regional accessibility is constructed.Consider the transfer behavior of passengers in the road network to determine the shortest travel time between the passenger's travel start and destination. On the basis of the existing train operation plan modeling method, the multi-objective optimization model with game relationship is constructed with the objective function of maximizing regional accessibility and minimizing train operation cost.(3)Algorithm design and case study. The harmony search algorithm is designed for the main research problem of train operation scheme, and the k short circuit algorithm is designed for the passenger flow distribution sub-study problem.Taking the intercity high-speed rail network of a certain urban agglomeration as an example, the results of train travel frequency, site accessibility, regional accessibility, and passenger flow OD path under multi-target and single-target conditions are obtained. The number of trains, train travel frequency and station service frequency were compared and analyzed. The analysis shows that the optimized train operation plan can increase the regional accessibility by 1.46,reduce the number of trains by 5,and shorten the travel time of the station and improve the service frequency of the small and medium stations. This paper analyzes the impact of changing the route access area service area and population on regional accessibility, and concludes that the social and economic factors of the route through the site service area will be improved, and the regional accessibility will be improved.
