During construction of tunnel and underground engineering, drilling and blasting construction, traditional method of construction, is still used in the construction enterprise. Usually, the shock waves, generated by explosive, causes severe vibration of the surrounding rock of the tunnel. When the particle velocity reaches a certain value, it will cause damage to surrounding rocks, and this velocity is called the critical velocity. The question how to determine the critical speed has become one of the hot issue of the engineering community. Since the blast is instantaneous and cannot be restored, as well as the complexity of the tunnel surrounding rock, it is difficult to draw a general cross-section of critical vibration velocity of the surrounding rock. The main damage of rock in rock blasting is tensile failure. The paper determine the locations of damage by using the ultimate tensile strain of rock, and then determine critical vibration velocity of the surrounding rock.This paper intends to study the tunnel and underground engineering that in the conditions of construction of drill burst method, taking different level of different rock, different material parameter, different of explosives dose and different of gun hole distribution, used finite element model of LS-DYNA module for numerical simulation, through established power finite element model, and gives different of model parameter, then for loaded, and solution, used LS-PREPOST post-processing program for post-processing, thus calculation out surrounding rock reached pulled damage (fracture) Critical vibration velocity when the State, as well as the surrounding rock vibration velocity of each particle, and introducing multiple linear regression algorithms and artificial intelligence were given universal drill and blast method of tunnel engineering of surrounding rock damage and critical vibration velocity at any point of the surrounding rock vibration velocity empirical formula. Using this formula, critical speed of surrounding rock failure and vibration velocity of rock at any point can be calculated through the corresponding parameters of surrounding rock and the quantity and distribution of explosives. The scope of surrounding rock loose circle can be determined roughly through comparisons. In addition, the parameters of smooth blasting of blast hole points can be optimized by limiting the surrounding rock vibration and combining with material parameters of surrounding rock.
