| With the rapid development of technology in electric power industries, the amount of electric devices has been increased quite a lot in recent years. Since wind energy as an important clear, renewable energy sources has abstract more attention. Even more wind power plant has been completed or constructing. Because of the development of wind power generation system, devices’maintenance in wind power plant become more complicated and bring a variety of difficulties for devices testing and inspection. However, devices inspection is very important in the whole wind energy generation system Inspecting devices on time could ensure devices wording securely, reliably, and efficiently. The health of devices could ensure wind energy plant wording well. So devices inspection plays an important role in wind power generation system.Recently our world developed towards informatization and digitization, wind energy plant also has a great requirement to achieve information management. According to the characteristics of wind farm, wind turbines are widely distributed, combining the application of wireless communication technology in various fields. We can apply wireless communication technology in real-time data transmission in order to solve the limitations of region problem. Because in traditional inspection mode, real-time information interactive performance is poor, inspection data may lack of effective information management. Applying wireless communication technology in the wind turbine inspection system can increase the transmission efficiency of inspection data, inspection specification can be downloaded over the network from the server, finally uploading inspection results in time. Using mobile android device in inspection system solves the problem that it is difficult to carry equipment in wide wind farm.Because of these problems in wind farm inspection we talked above, this article is using the android mobile terminal equipment to scan the QR code on wind turbine equipment, get equipment’s information, download inspection task from server, at last complete the inspection work. Inspection staffs can use intelligent mobile terminal access equipment information and history maintenance date, record devices inspection results, recording devices’ defects. Mobile terminal can automatic record the start time of inspection, inspection staff’s information, devices’number and complete inspection data processing. Combining with wireless technology and establishing a flexible and reliable intelligent inspection system. Mobile terminal uses the Web Services technology to communicate with server, gets inspection task and uploads inspection results. System could analyze uploaded data and establish a library to manage these data. This library could help us predict the health state of devices. Mobile intelligent inspection system could manage devices information in digital way record information of working status and performance of wind turbine in intelligent method, analyze devices in dynamic way, increase the efficiency of inspection specify the information of devices.
