The safe operation of transmission and distribution lines and their ancillary equipments play an important supporting role in the development of national economy,the maintenance of social order and the happiness of people's life.With the national grid system reforming,there are more and more power facilities,which also have become more and more complex.Meanwhile,the national demand is also rising.Electric inspection is an important way to ensure the safe operation of power facilities.Due to the low degree of information technology and the lack of technical level,the traditional inspection methods have many problems in personnel management,information recording,path planning and so on,which can not guarantee the safe and stable operation of electric power facilities.Firstly,this paper analyzes the current situation of electric power inspection at home and abroad,and puts forward the demand of developing an intelligent management platform according to the needs of electric power inspection.Then the paper introduced main technologies used in the development of the system,including Go language,Gin framework,database cache,Android development,Baidu map open platform,main algorithms of travelling salesman problem.And then takes administrators and inspectors as the center roles to start,analyzing the system's functional and non-functional requirements,which divided the function modules of background management and mobile terminal,setting up the overall system framework and designing the database,to achieve the needs of background management and mobile terminal.Finally,the paper introduced the design and implementation of message module and intelligent planning module in detail.The message module realizes the real-time transmission function of the system with Alicloud mobile push platform.The intelligent planning module uses the imperialist competition algorithm to solve the multi-point path planning problem.The development of the power inspection management system allows the management personnel to log in to the system to view the operation of the power line or equipment on any browser side.It is convenient and quick to set up and assign the inspection task.The inspectors can view their own tasks and the best inspection route at Android mobiles at any time.Navigating to the inspection site,they can upload inspection datas through camera upload,text records and other means.The system achieved the power of inspection operations and intelligent management.Power inspection management system should be developed in the direction of becoming more informative,scientific and intelligent.The paper combines the latest technology and intelligent algorithm to provide some reference methods to the system design and development,which has a certain guiding significance to the future development of power inspection industry.
