Power plant point inspection refers to routing inspection and inspection of fixed points of facilities and equipment.In the process of power plant's equipment routing inspection,there are cumbersome data acquisition methods and frequent equipment inspections;on-site workers have many inconveniences in monitoring data.The environment in which the power plant equipment is located is relatively complex,and the information of some equipment and facilities is not clear enough,and the power plant management personnel cannot confirm the routing inspection status and progress of the routing inspection personnel,which is not conducive to the supervision and the quality of the routing inspection;in addition,the power plant lacks the means of monitoring the real-time operation of the equipment,and it is difficult to supervise and evaluate the operation status of the equipment.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the design and implementation of the power plant intelligent point routing inspection system based on the combination of the Internet of Things technology.The design and implementation process of the intelligent point routing inspection system of the power plant applies the J2EE platform,JFinal framework,SQL Server database,Android platform and intelligent point inspection equipment.Applying J2EE platform and JFinal framework in the development process of the Web to improve the application architecture,enhance system availability,and improve business processing efficiency;application of Android platform technology can enhance the interaction between mobile and Web;application of SQL Server database lays a solid foundation for analyzing the potential value of mining data;the application of intelligent point inspection instrument effectively reflects the value concept of Internet of Things technology.Routing inspection data management,routing inspection task management,routing inspection supervision management,real-time data management,equipment status management,and life cycle management are modules implemented by the power plant intelligent point routing inspection system.The routing inspection data management module implements functions such as routing inspection standard management,equipment account management,scheduling management,routing inspection management,The routing inspection task management implements the functions of scheduling management,inspection management,etc.;the routing inspection supervision management module implements routing inspection status management and defect management functions;the real-time data management module implements functions such as device positioning and device curve viewing.;the device status management module implements the function of detecting the device status and analyzing the defect fault;the life cycle management module implements functions such as viewing the failure rate and viewing the running time.The application of the system effectively improved the weak links in the power plant routing inspection equipment system,and provides an important basis for mastering the real-time operation status of the equipment on the basis of improving the data reporting efficiency of the field operators,and enhances the routing inspection and supervision of the equipment while ensuring the quality of equipment routing inspection and the ability to respond to equipment defect failure events.
