| The birth and development of automobile creates an immeasurable wealth forhumanity. Things are changing and growing. Now the indicators of automobile tend tobe more perfect from its invention. Low-frequency vibration exists in the car’s moving,which can generate vehicle parts’ destruction, body noise, influencing driving safetyand sitting comfort. As a result, people will increasingly focus on the growingdemands for the vibration control of automobile body parts.This paper uses piezoelectric materials as actuators to control structure vibrationbased on their excellent mechanical-electrical coupling characteristics. The study wascarried out in the following aspects: the choice of piezoelectric materials, thedistribution type of sensors/actuators, the design of control method, the simulation ofcontrol system and the experiment application. The article applies the research resultsto the automobile roof of body in white and obtains prospective control effect.As an important part of intelligent control, fuzzy control brings new ideas andstrategies for active control. It has a certain advantage with the control system ofnonlinear, time-varying characteristics and not establishing precise model, because itcan unit the researchers operating experience and the attributes of the object in thecontrol system. PID controller is a more mature performance controller that is widelyused in control field. In this paper, three kinds of control strategy are designed basedon the advantages of Fuzzy control and PID control. They are Fuzzy control, Fuzzy-PID (proportion, integral, differential) composite control, self-adapting fuzzy PIDcontrol. In chapter4of this paper, the algorithm of control system is further studied.Fuzzy controller, Fuzzy-PID compound controller, self-adapting fuzzy PID controllerare designed in Matlab software to simulate the system model. The simulation resultsare contrasted and the controller characteristics are summarized. In chapter5of thispaper, thin structure of the body and automobile roof of body in white that have been simplified into rectangular thin plate structure are used as the active vibration controlof piezoelectric analysis. The comparatively mature control algorithm is applied to thesimulation of rectangular thin plate and body in white vibration suppression test. Thispaper also combines with software of LABVIEW virtual experiment platform for test.Rectangular thin plate is exerted different incentive form with vibrator in order toverify the universality of experiment scheme. Body in white is excited with a massthat is falls at a fixed height and good results are achieved with these vibration forms.Experimental results show that Fuzzy control system based on piezoelectricmaterials for thin structure of the body is feasible for active control system. |
