The application of piezoelectric shunt technology in vibration reduction and noise reduction of automobile body is a hot research direction at present.In this paper,based on the digital controller of embedded system design,the synthetic impedance piezoelectric shunt circuit is improved,and the corresponding program is programmed to realize the function of the common resonant shunt of the existing analog device circuit.The digital controller is applied to the aluminum metal beam with piezoelectric shunt element,the effect of vibration reduction and noise reduction of aluminum metal beam is realized,and it is verified that the piezoelectric shunt technology has the characteristics of vibration reduction and noise reduction.Intelligent materials solve the problems faced by phonon crystals in the application of low frequency band vibration and noise reduction of lightweight structures.In this paper,the digital controller is introduced into the piezoelectric shunt array superstructure material,and its transfer function is designed to construct a smart material super-structure beam with multiple low-band gaps.The research work in this paper mainly includes three parts:1.Based on Fleming et al,a synthetic impedance piezoelectric shunt circuit is proposed and improved.The amplifier bias circuit is added to make the circuit work properly under the condition of using the built-in ADC and DAC modules of the microcontroller,and the problems of saturation and instability of the circuit are eliminated.The circuit not only meets the functional requirements of the system,but also maintains the original circuit characteristics.2.Based on the improved synthetic impedance circuit,the transfer function of analog inductance circuit is derived.And in the embedded system digital controller,the transfer function is designed by program to realize the function of the ordinary resonant shunt of the analog device circuit.At the same time,the shunt circuit control parameters can be adjusted online by wireless communication,thereby realizing an intelligent digitally controlled piezoelectric shunt module.3.In order to better analyze the elastic wave propagation characteristics of intelligent acoustic metamaterials based on digital controllers,the characteristics were analyzed and tested by finite element simulation and experimental comparison methods.The structural parameters of the supermaterial were analyzed by equivalent parameter method,and its dynamic characteristics were analyzed deeply.In this paper,the piezoelectric shunt array is applied on the aluminum metal beam,and the intelligent control unit is designed based on the embedded system to construct the intelligent super-material beam structure,which effectively reduces the acoustic radiation characteristics of the beam structure.It provides a new technical means for vibration and noise reduction control of automobile bodies.
