Valve stem seal as one of the importantcomponent parts of engine valve group, its main function is to carry on thedynamic sealing, the valve guide rod can control the oil entering into (row)leakage of the trachea, and between the valve guide and valve guide lubrication,prevent heat the channeling of the combustion chamber.Valve stem seal is one of the types of rubber oil seal, at present themainstream of the valve seal is a common sulfide with rubber and metal frame,and the spring groove on the outside of the main sealing lip with circular spiralspring. Valve stem seal is inside the engine with dynamic contact, valve guideand valve guide static contact, the valve guide to do reciprocating movementup and down, and the valve stem seal to the oil and gas in the combustion chamberthe often contact, the highest temperature can reach more than200degrees,so they require valve seal must adopt heat resistance and oil resistance,abrasion resistance are excellent materials, now often use fluorine rubber.Valve seal in order to satisfy the lubrication between the valve guide and valveguide, you must ensure that there are a small amount of oil through, at thesame time to control does not involve excessive oil into the combustion chamberin burning.
