After the reform and opening up, China’s valve industry thriving, and butterfly valves also got the favour of many application areas, of the ordinary butterfly valve has been difficult to meet more severe application environment and more strict performance requirements. Changed and the emergence of triple eccentric butterfly valve, butterfly valve sealing material, metal hard seal form is used to replace the previous nonmetal sealing form. This design not only improve the service life of a butterfly valve sealing deputy, and resistance to high temperature, high pressure and has good sealing effect, expand the applicable field of butterfly valve. But at present domestic has not yet formed a relatively perfect system of analysis, making the development and application of triple eccentric butterfly valve is still under certain restrictions.Based on the triple eccentric butterfly valve as the research object, for its simple structure, stress analysis, computing the butterfly valve butterfly plate is the main section of the technical parameters, three eccentric butterfly valve value; And the friction torque and the seal moment calculation and analysis; And triple eccentric value through the theoretical analysis of butterfly valve under the influence of friction torque and seal torque, lists the appropriate area of the eccentric butterfly valve’s value.Based on600DS343H two-way multi-level hard seal butterfly valve as an example, through summing up the formula to calculate the600DS343H two-way multi-level hard seal butterfly valve butterfly plate as the main technical parameters of the main cross section contour line and the eccentricity value. Drawn by various parameters, and set up600DS343H two-way multi-level hard seal butterfly valve model, numerical simulation analysis by finite element software ANSYS to its stress and flow field were analyzed, and the proceeds from the analysis results are comparative analysis, the test design scheme is reasonable.
