Abstract: With the continuous progress of the construction of Shenyang metro,Shenyang city traffic’s three-dimensional network has been supplemented andperfected, the city’s charm and competitiveness has also been improved. How to usethe advanced concept and reasonable regulations to enhance the level of Shenyangsubway operation service and continuous experience of safety management hasbecome an urgent task at the present stage of Shenyang metro.Shenyang Metro opened and operated in2010, compared with other rail transitcities at home and abroad, the history of precipitation time is short, the operationmanagement experience is less, in order to develop Shenyang rail transit industry, thispaper summarizes the experience of Shenyang metro operation work at the presentstage. Combined with management experience and learn from other cities operate,this paper researches the current status and problem of Shenyang metro andcorresponding countermeasures in order to achieve the ultimate goal and so on,gradually improve the service efficiency of the Shenyang subway operation safety.This chapter mainly reviews some of the main city subway’s basic viewpointsand research achievements of domestic and international scholars at home and abroad,and makes clear the research goal, ideas and innovation point. Combined with thebasic situation of Shenyang metro operation management, the short-term andlong-term plans, and the main operating indicators, this paper points out the mainoperation problems of Shenyang metro. It’s a short time of Shenyang Metro’smanagement. The management experience accumulated less. At the operation stage,lots of problems are exposed, such as the operation service quality standard isrelatively low, operation safety deficiencies, Metro internal workflow management is not perfect and other issues. This problem affects the operation management level ofShenyang metro. According to the management problems, this paper put forward aseries of suggestions, such as establishing a standardized service standards to improveservice quality and improve service levels, through internal optimization servicesupervision system to further promote the upgrading services, establish and perfectthe performance appraisal system of internal management, carry out service of specialtraining, improve the service system of supervision, improve the operation safetymanagement system and evaluation system. Through a series of measures to improvethe effective implementation, Shenyang metro operation management level isimproved.We learn experience and inspiration from other domestic and foreign metro cities,that is integrated two key elements, such as security and service. Security is related topassengers’ life, and the State’s property, service is a magic weapon for enterprises tosustainably manage.
