With the rapid development of aviation, aviation electronic equipment is more and morecomplex, test repair work is becoming more and more heavy.Airlines constantlydevelopment design accord with their maintenance ability of high frequency communicationsystem, optimize the maintenance plan and strengthen the maintenance personnel training.Inorder to make the aircraft communication system more personalized control panel test boarddesign, the maximization of the maintenance personnel to improve the level of maintenance,cost will not beyond the scope of the budget at the same time, the self-made test usingdiscrete function interface components has become an important means of aviationelectronic equipment maintenance company, the maintenance work of airlines smoothly hasfar-reaching significance.Around the high frequency communication system, this paper centered on civil aviationhigh frequency communication control board to design a system, through the improvementof high frequency communication control board, to realize the depth of maintenance and testfunction and high quality communication function.Now although the civil aviation plane is equipped with a variety of types ofcommunications equipment, but in the actual empty empty, empty a communicationsapplications, the VHF communication is preferred, the most important way ofcommunication.But due to the special nature of VHF communication that airborne VHFequipment vulnerable to all kinds of interference, leading to the communication of emptyshelves with empty one is blocked, at the same time also led to the suspension of the groundmonitoring data, serious impact on the aircraft flight safety.This paper studies the principle of airborne VHF signal propagation in the process ofcommunication, a variety of possible interference, including natural factors, such as terrain,environment and atmosphere for communication between the system and the influence ofelectromagnetic wave interference, such as: the station interference, sidelobe interference,intermodulation interference, stray interference, etc. In high frequency communication control board, for example, in combination withworking practice, design and production test bed. This paper first on China’s aviationelectronic accessories maintenance, high frequency communications to civil aviation controlpanel functions are analyzed in detail.And introduced the ARINC-429data bus.
