Because of its good ecological characteristics, atrium space has been widely usedin commercial buildings, but over time, the malpractice of atrium design areconstantly exposed, such as atrium blind design, large-scale, formal, commercial, anddue to the additional building energy consumption caused by unreasonable atriumconstruction designed, although lighting atrium can effectively enhance the indoordaylighting, but easily cause dizziness and indoor uneven illumination, and atriumdesigned not targeted, no form of atrium space for hot summer and cold winter areasof large commercial buildings.Due to seldom research on hot summer and cold winter areas about large anddepth commercial buildings, through case study on the domestic and largecommercial buildings atrium space form, through numerical software AutodeskEcotect and Radiance, comprehensive analysis of the impact on ventilation andlighting of the changes of atrium space form; the main analysis of indoor ventilation1.5m height wind speed, wind speed and air atrium sectional age; Lighting includethree factors of daylight factor analysis, DA, RAD; Comprehensive analysis of theabove factors, identify several atrium space form suitable for hot summer and coldwinter areas are large and depth of the larger commercial building.Through comparative analysis simulation, rectangular cross-section aspect ratioAtrium Atrium A-shaped cross-sectional shape is more suitable for large-scale hotsummer and cold winter area are large and depth of the larger commercial building;Atrium aspect ratio within the range of4:1and5:1, atrium light well index WIbetween0.5-0.9, the best size of atrium shape parameter; changes of number of atriumhave different effect on light and ventilation, three atriums and single atrium relativeto two atriums more suitable for large-scale and depth of larger commercial buildings;Rectangular and south to central atrium attached relative to the core of the squareatrium style more suitable for large-scale hot summer and cold winter area and depthof progress are larger commercial buildings; But attached to the south side of the glassatrium walls using light, so the design must be considered preliminary stage its impacton energy consumption.
