China’s building energy career started late, compared to other developed countries abroad, building energy undertakings concerned have a big gap. Meanwhile, the existing uneven distribution of energy efficiency in buildings, hot summer and cold winter area of building energy development is relatively slow. Energy saving in public buildings, the state’s first government office buildings for energy-saving, and the development of building energy efficiency in commercial buildings is seriously lagging behind,"Twelve Five Year Plan" put forward to strengthen China only in hot summer and cold winter region residential building energy-saving requirements, energy consumption per unit area is5to15times the residential building commercial building renovation is still stuck in a simple aesthetic level, energy awareness is very weak. Existing commercial buildings for energy saving most only stay in the air conditioning, lighting transformation, the overall energy awareness is poor, and with the energy requirements continue to increase, and only from the perspective of an integrated multi-energy issues in order to better achieve energy requirements, this will start a whole, respectively, from the transformation of design techniques, related technological innovation, management policies and operations management tripartite face both the hot summer and cold winter area commercial buildings for energy saving research.
