Research On The Design Of Small Scale Office Building In Industrial Park Under The Background Of Urban Suburbanization

The accumulative effect of domestic urbanization has brought series ofproblems such as overpopulated city, high rent, and environmental pollution. Alongwith the adjustment of industrial structure, part of the population and industries inurban are transferring to the suburbs, and cities begin to conduct the development ofsuburbanization. Under the background of urban suburbanization, many newindustrial parks are established. The small scale of office building is the mostdynamic and attractive building type in the park from the appearance to the gradualdevelopment, mature, and diversity, and the design also become gradually normativefrom the original exploring attempt to master the laws.Through the analysis of a large number of small scale office building inindustrial park, this paper finds the common characters existing in the design, mainlyincluding the use of modular design methods, the pursuit of humanized office design,and the following of the trend of sustainable development, and this paper also carriesout the discussion of the above three parts on the basis of the analysis of the causes.First of all, the modular design is mainly manifested in the shape associationsbetween building block unit and the modular design of unit internal function, thispaper carries out the induction and description for it, and puts forward the key pointsof design. Secondly, this paper takes the "possibility" of space, close to nature,promoting reasonable communication, and other detailed design as a starting point,and puts forward more possibility of humanized design technique on the basis of theexisting humanized design. In addition, this paper discusses how to use "appropriatetime","appropriate place" ecological design technique and intelligent technologysupport to promote the small scale office building in industrial park to step towardssustainable development.This thesis finally further summarizes the modular, humanization and thepresent situation of sustainable design, makes an analysis of the relationship amongthem, and points out the problems need to be aware for small scale office building inindustrial park and puts forward some suggestions on it.
